About Svaha

Svaha is a certified Peter Hess® sound massage practitioner and an expert in Bach® Flower Therapy, Access Bars® Therapy, pranic healing, and a devoted bhakti yogini. Passionate about enhancing well-being, Svaha specializes in both group sound baths and individual sound healing sessions, combining techniques like Access Bars® Therapy with Peter Hess® sound massage. She has helped individuals overcome stress-related symptoms, achieve life goals, and find peace and rejuvenation through her holistic approach.

Event Description

Join us for an enriching sound bath event led by Svaha, a seasoned practitioner dedicated to your well-being. This event consists of five transformative parts:

Guiding to Relaxation:

Begin your journey with a soothing session of guided meditation, Nidra yoga, or pranayama to help you unwind and center yourself.

Sound Bath:

Immerse yourself in a sea of harmonious vibrations as Svaha plays various sound healing instruments, designed to promote deep relaxation and healing.

Introduction to Mantra Meditation:

​Conclude the main session with a short 5-10 minute introduction to mantra meditation, fostering a deeper connection to your inner self. 

(Available only at the venue "Govinda's")

Tea and Sweets:

After the sound bath, enjoy a delightful time with tea and sweets, allowing you to mingle and share your experiences with like-minded individuals.

Kirtan Experience (Optional attendance):

You are invited to join us for a FREE kirtan experience at Govinda's Kirtan Center, a beautiful and uplifting practice of devotional chanting. (Available only at the venue "Govinda's'"3rd floor)
