Sound massage is performed using Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls, specially designed for sound massage, which are carefully placed on and around your body. Sound healing practitioner will play them gently, using soft mallets. You will feel the sound waves and vibrations travelling through your body, washing away all the stress, and bringing you into a state of profound relaxation. All you need to do is lie fully clothed and follow the vibrations as they are absorbed by the whole body.
